The Furniture Factory named NAPREDAK was founded in 1890. For many years the factory was producing for local market,specializing in solid wood products and upholstery. In may 2000 NAPREDAK was taken over by IMS Hellas, the Greek operation of SCHIEDER group owned by Mr. George Vergos who joined SCHIEDER in 1987 founding in the same year Company IMS Hellas in Greece.
Group SCHIEDER was established by Mr. Rolf Demuth in 1964 and now it is numbered 120 construction factories all over the world and 24 commercial companies, providing them under the brand name IMS.
